Please read this carefully before you download anything.
In order for DartPro to install and run properly, you need a couple of things on your system.
First of all, you need Internet Explorer 5.01 or higher. Check your version of IE by pressing Help|About Internet Explorer. If you need to upgrade, you can do it here.
Next, you'll need to update your box with the .NET Framework 1.1 from Microsoft. This is a free 23 MB download from the Microsoft site. As a general rule of thumb, you can see in the table below if the .NET Framework comes preinstalled with your operating system. If you want to check if you really need this download, you can check it here.
The next thing is a database component used to talk to the DartPro database, called MDAC. This is a component that comes with your operating system. Depending on your version of Windows, you may need to upgrade to a newer version. Check the table below to see if you are up to date.
If you're running the first version of Windows 98, you have to install Jet 4.0 Service Pac 8 after you've installed the MDAC files.
Good Luck!
